Orders are dispatched and delivered via registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Typically, orders are shipped within 7-14 days, or according to the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier or post office norms. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer. You will receive a confirmation of service delivery via email or sms as specified during registration.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the seller. Sellers often incur higher shipping costs for low-value items; in such cases, a nominal delivery charge helps offset these costs. Check your order summary for details on delivery charges for each product.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is influenced by:

• The seller offering the product
• Product availability with the seller
• Your shipping destination and the seller's location

Different sellers may provide varying estimated delivery times due to factors like product availability, geographic location, and courier partner efficiency. To get more accurate delivery times, please enter your default pin code on the product page (you only need to do this once).

Delivery Service Availability

If a seller does not ship to your area, it could be due to:

• The seller's shipping policies
• Legal restrictions for certain products
• The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

Sellers may also choose not to ship to specific locations at their discretion. Enter your pincode on the product page to check if delivery is available to your location. If you do not provide a pincode until checkout, the pincode in your shipping address will be used.

Cash on Delivery (CoD) Availability

The availability of CoD depends on our courier partner’s ability to accept cash payments at delivery. CoD might not be available if the order value exceeds the cash limit set by the courier partner. To check if CoD is available in your area, enter your pin code on the product page.

Order Confirmation Issues

If you receive a delivery confirmation email or SMS but have not received your order, please report the issue within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date so the seller can investigate.

International Shipping

Currently, Winnxi does not offer international delivery. You can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world using Indian credit/debit cards, but please ensure that the delivery address is within India.
