Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Return Policy
Winnxi believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and return policy . Under this policy :
- Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made any time before it's dispatched. However the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors / merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them .
- The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.
- In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
- Winnxi does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund / replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, unless a different return period applies, depending on the product.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, unless a different return period applies, depending on the product.. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take appropriate decision.
- In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
- Winnxi also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
Returns Pickup and Review
For returns with pick-up from a different address, this is only possible if pick-up service is available at the new location. During pick-up, ensure your product meets these criteria:
- Correct Product: Name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and bar code must match. MRP tag should be intact and visible.
- Complete Product: Include all accessories, freebies, and combo items.
- Unused Product: Must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and with intact quality check seals/return tags.
- Undamaged Product: No scratches, dents, or damage to the product or its parts.
- Undamaged Packaging: Original packaging must be intact.
Important: The return will be refused if these conditions are not met. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund Policy
In case of any refund approved by the Winnxi , it’ll take 7-10 days for the refund to be processed to the end customers . The refund will be credited to the same source of payment (bank accounts, UPI etc.) from which payment was received. If the User has chosen any other method such as wallets, the amount will be credited to the source of origin as well. The User will receive a refund of the entire amount paid by the User. In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, Winnxi may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
General Rules for a successful Return
- In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
- In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or inform about the refund for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.
Winnxi also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
